Kayleen Roybal, better known as Doll House Holistics is Santa Fe, New Mexico's leading transformative Licensed Esthetician, Brazilian and Skin Expert. Her practice is based on reevaluating the contemporary skincare experience. Doll House Holistics specializes in treating clients who are often omitted from beauty services. We are dedicated to using high performance, results driven, vegan and cruelty free products that serve specific purpose of overall wellness to the mind, body, and soul.
Products used in the treatment room are free of fragrance, filler, irritants and toxic ingredients.
Booking Policies
PAYMENT
A Non-Refundable Deposit is required on some services when booking an appointment. The deposit will go towards the total balance of the service(s). A surcharge of 3% and tax is added at final check out.
Your total balance can be paid by Credit/Debit, Zelle or Cash.
If you are paying the full amount in cash, please bring EXACT CHANGE.
Paid metered parking is available during building business hours and is the sole responsiblity of client.
LATE POLICY
If you are running late communicate by sending a message.
Please note that late arrivals will have modified appointments to ensure we are respecting the time of all other scheduled clients and staff.
If you are more than 15 mintues late the appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule.
CANCELATIONS / RESCHEDULING
No-shows, late arrivals after the 15 mintue grace period, cancelations and reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee to the card on file of 50% of the service(s) scheduled, including your deposit, a processing fee may apply.
Hair Growth Guide
Always begin count from the day you most recently shaved
If your hair growth is the length of a grain of rice after 2 weeks, its time for your wax!
*HAIR MUST BE 1/4 INCH OR THE SIZE OF A GRAIN OF RICE*

- Paid metered parking is available during building business hours and is the sole responsiblity of client.
- If you are on ANY acne medicine please consult with me prior to booking as it may be a contraindication!
- Waxing is not suitable for everyone.
- When booking please ensure your hair is the size of a grain of rice for best results.
